Is all art limited edition?
No, we have both Open Edition and Limited Edition prints. Limited editions quantities are as follows:
Small: Edition of 50
Medium: Edition of 50
Large: Edition of 25
Extra Large: Edition of 12
Oversize: Edition of 6 (May not be available on all images.)
A signed Certificate of Authenticity will be shipped with all Limited Edition purchases.
Are your prints standard sizes?
Yes, you can buy mass produced frames for all of my print sizes. I personally recommend West Elm and Pottery Barn but CB2 and Dick Blick have nice options as well. Inexpensive frames can be purchased at Michael's.
I'm not sure which frame I want or how it will look in my space. Can you help?
We are happy to help you determine what size and frame would be right for your space. We can even photoshop the work of art into a photo of your space so you can get an idea how it will look. Contact us at sales@robinrileyphotography.com to discuss your options.
Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely- we are happy to discuss custom orders.
Can I blog or re-post your photos?
Yes but only if you give credit and link to this site. Usage other than blogs and reposts with credit are not permitted without written permission. Each piece of art is registered with The United States Copyright Office. Purchase of art is for personal use only and includes no rights for reproduction of any kind.

Why do you use acrylic instead of regular glass?
Acrylic filters 99% of UV rays and is scratch-resistant and shatter resistant. It provides more UV protection and less glare than glass and is lighter in weight. Acrylic can be cleaned with a damp, lint free cloth. Ammonia based cleaners may damage acrylic over time so they are not recommended.
Will I be charged sales tax?
As of 2023, sales tax will only be collected on orders to New York State.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders are shipped free in the USA. Please inquire at sales@robinrileyphotography.com about shipping to other locations. Please check your local law regarding customs charges.
What if my order is damaged in transit?
All orders are packed with extraordinary measures to ensure safe arrival. Orders will be sent insured so photographic proof of damage will be necessary. In the event you receive a damaged item, please save the item and all packaging and contact us immediately for return. We will make a replacement order but cannot offer refunds.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours. If your art has already been made, it cannot be cancelled as all orders are custom created upon purchase.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your art but if you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to return or exchange. Please be sure to pack your item safely- we recommend using the same packaging it arrived in. You may be responsible for paying return shipping costs with a trackable shipping service.
