Can I blog or re-post your photos?
Yes but only if you give me credit and link to this site or my Instagram. Usage other than blogs and reposts with credit are not permitted without written permission. Each piece of art is registered with The United States Copyright Office. Purchase of art is for personal use only and includes no rights for reproduction of any kind.

How are your prints made? How long do they last?
The prints are made to order in the US using archival ink on cotton rag paper. This paper meets the highest industry standards, is acid free and extremely resistant to aging.
All fine art prints have an industry standard white border of 1/4”. Some slight cropping of images might be necessary for particular sizes.
What are the frames made of? Can I special order a different frame?
Standard frames are solid wood with matte finish paint. The face is .75” and the depth is 1.25”. They are timeless and classic and will feel at home in any room. Many colors and options are available if black and white do not suit your needs. Email us with special requests.
Security hanging hardware is available for art that will hang in crowded public spaces. It requires a bit more work but makes the art more secure. Let us know if you’d like this option (at no additional charge) when ordering.
Why do you use acrylic instead of regular glass?
Acrylic filters 89% of UV rays and is scratch-resistant and shatter resistant. It provides more UV protection and less glare than glass and is lighter in weight. If hanging art in a very bright space or in direct sun, please contact me to discuss upgrading to Tru Vue Optium Acrylic which will better protect the art. Acrylic can be cleaned with a damp, lint free cloth. Ammonia based cleaners may damage acrylic over time so they are not recommended.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Yes, sales tax will be collected on all orders.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders are shipped free within the continental United States. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be billed at cost. International orders can be accommodated but shipping costs will depend on specific location.
How long will it take to get my order?
Every order is custom made as quickly as possible. Standard delivery for print only orders is 7-10 business days. Custom framed orders are estimated at 14-21 days for the continental United States. Transit times are all estimates provided by shipping carriers. We are not responsible for any delays.

Do customs fees apply for my international shipment?
You are responsible for all customs charges for your country upon arrival. As all countries are different, please check local law before placing orders. In some cases, your local post office may hold items until the customs fees are paid. Some destination countries may require alternative payment drawn from US funds or a wire transfer.
How will my order be packaged?
The utmost care will be taken to ensure safe arrival. Prints are wrapped in tissue and carefully rolled into a tube which is then placed in a box. Framed art is wrapped in kraft paper then a layer of bubble wrap with corner bumpers and placed in an oversize box.
What if my order is damaged in transit?
All orders are packed with extraordinary measures to ensure safe arrival. Orders will be sent insured so photographic proof of damage will be necessary. In the event you receive a damaged item, please save the item and all packaging and contact me immediately. We will make a replacement order but cannot offer refunds.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. If your purchase has already been made, it cannot be cancelled as all orders are custom created on demand.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your art but if you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within two days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs with a trackable shipping service.
